User Session Guidelines
"Book a Specialist" Session Guidelines and Policies

At PlusVibes, we're committed to providing a supportive and effective experience for users utilizing the "Book a Specialist" feature. To ensure a positive experience for both users and specialists, please adhere to the following session guidelines and policies:

1. Punctuality:
Users are encouraged to join the session on time. The “Start Session” button on the “Upcoming Sessions” page will appear 10 minutes before the session. The “Start Session” button will direct you to the Google Meet link with the Specialist.
Users are responsible for initiating the session at the scheduled time by clicking the "Start Session" button.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Users have the option to reschedule or cancel sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Please ensure that you would like to purchase the service. Once the payment is conducted, PlusVibes currently does not allow cancellation after the booking and payment is made with a Specialist. You may only reschedule your session to a later date.

3. No-Show Policy:
If a user does not show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the specialist will consider it a "No-Show." Unfortunately, since the Specialist has booked their time for you, it will be considered as the session was conducted and no rescheduling is allowed.
Excessive no-shows may result in a user's account being temporarily or permanently restricted.
4. Communication and Respect:
Please maintain respectful and professional communication during the session.
Users are encouraged to provide clear information about their concerns and expectations.
5. Session Duration:
The scheduled session duration of 1 hour should be adhered to. Any extension should be discussed and agreed upon by both the user and specialist.
Users are able to extend the session by booking the next hour with the same specialist through PlusVibes app.
6. Confidentiality:
Both users and specialists are expected to respect the confidentiality of the session. Any disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.
7. Feedback and Reviews:
Users are encouraged to provide feedback after the session to help us maintain quality services.
8. Code of Conduct:
Users and specialists should follow our platform's code of conduct, which includes refraining from abusive language, discriminatory behavior, and any harmful activity.
Violations of the code of conduct may lead to account suspension or other consequences.
9. Technical Issues:
Users and specialists are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to a compatible device.
In case of technical issues during the session, the session may be rescheduled should PlusVibes receive consent from both parties.
These guidelines and policies are designed to create a safe and respectful environment for our users and specialists. We expect all participants to adhere to these rules and work together to foster a positive and effective mental health support community.
